The Quartier Leopold is an international meeting place known for its relaxed atmosphere and its passion for Italian and Belgian specialties. Located in the heart of the European District in Brussels, just in front of the European Parliament, very close to the Concert Noble, famous for its Thursdays After-work, the Quartier Leopold team is happy to welcome you for a drink, a meal or your private event.

Parties, birthdays, anniversary dinners, team building and business events. Life’s full of special events worth celebrating. Whatever your reason for throwing a party – or even if you have no reason at all – we’ll make it one to remember.

All our internal space is air-conditioned, we have an enclosed garden and private space available for booking.

Our kitchen is open non-stop from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM 5 days a week as we close on Saturdays and Sundays, please check-out our signature dishes in our online menu.

On avait regardé les notes et on a failli louper cette pépite. Franchement, on y est allées vers 13h30 un lundi midi et la salle était calme comme le parlement etait vide. Mon amie a pris une biere qui était très bonne. On a peut être attendus 30min avant de recevoir les plats ce qui ne m'a pas semblé excessif et ce qui nous a laisser le temps de parler. Ensuite nous avons pris un QL burger et une carbonnade flamande. On s'est vraiment régalée. Les frites étaient parfaites. Les plats vraiment copieux. Rien a dire. En plus, notre serveur était super agréable. Merci a toute l'équipe

Stopped here for dinner. It was a little cold to sit outside, but it was an option and there was plenty of seating. To eat, I chose the fish and chips. The portion was decent and the fish was flakey and hot. The highlight was the house made tarter sauce, I just wish they gave twice as much.
